Location: Tulsa, OK On-site (Office-Based Role)
💰 Pay Range: $90.00+/hour

Expleo Group USA is seeking a Senior Consultant-level MRB Design Engineer (Level 6) to provide industry-leading technical authority and innovation across aerospace manufacturing programs.
This role is office-based and focused on advanced engineering evaluation, strategic technical leadership, and development of next-generation MRB methodologies using drawings, specifications, inspection data, and analytical insight.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead resolution of highly complex, novel, and critical MRB nonconformances
- Develop new engineering principles, repair methodologies, and MRB standards
- Apply advanced scientific and engineering concepts to drive innovation in aerospace repair solutions
- Define and implement long-term technical strategies and capabilities
- Act independently to identify, analyze, and resolve systemic engineering and program challenges
- Serve as primary technical spokesperson with customers, regulatory bodies, and senior leadership
- Advise executive leadership on technology direction, risk, and long-range planning
- Lead cross-organizational technical initiatives and influence business growth opportunities
- Mentor senior engineers and shape organizational technical capability and succession

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or related discipline (ABET preferred)
- Engineering degree must be ABET-accredited and recognized under the Washington Accord
- 20+ years of aerospace/MRB engineering experience
- Recognized expert in MRB, structures, and airworthiness compliance
- Extensive experience with major OEM programs (e.g., Boeing 737/787 or equivalent)
- Previously held MRB signing authority or delegated technical approval within the past 3–5 years (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to develop new engineering concepts, methodologies, and standards
- Deep expertise in metallic and composite structures
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory frameworks, airworthiness, and certification requirements
- Proven track record of influencing technical strategy and organizational direction
- Solid knowledge of material properties, manufacturing methods, and their impact on aircraft performance
- Working knowledge of SAP NCMS or similar nonconformance management systems
- Familiarity with CATIA V5 for drawing/model interrogation (preferred)
- Prior DOA experience, concessions training, TIPQA, or equivalent exposure is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Three thousand dollars retention sign-on bonus after 90 days of successful employment
