Your Role & Responsibilities
- Execute product plans on time and ensure program milestones are met.
- Compile timelines, track status, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Escalate late parts/programs and coordinate recovery efforts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Mopar and Vehicle Teams.
- Write and track engineering requisitions and bulletins.
- Compile and monitor program budgets.
- Lead meetings effectively and quarterback hot situations with clarity and calmness.
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years of experience in automotive program management or related roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills – able to break down roadblocks and push back when needed.
- Proven ability to define problems, align teams, and present solutions to senior management.
- Extensive experience with Stellantis development processes, milestones, and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with Mopar accessory programs.
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing and assembly plant operations.
- Knowledge of engineering requisition systems and budget tracking tools.
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- PMP certification is a plus.
