Your Role & Responsibilities
- Perform static stress analysis on aerospace structures
- Conduct fatigue and damage tolerance analysis to ensure long-term durability
- Create and solve Finite Element Models (FEM) for structural components
- Generate, review, and approve analysis reports
- Prepare and validate Strength Check Notes (SCNs)
- Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and provide factory support
- Participate in layout reviews and checks to ensure compliance with design standards
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of aerospace stress engineering experience (Boeing products preferred)
- Strong proficiency in static stress analysis, fatigue analysis, and FEM tools
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with Boeing structural analysis standards
- Familiarity with advanced composite materials
- Knowledge of damage tolerance methodologies
Education & Certifications You Need
- ABET-accredited Engineering degree recognized by the Washington Accord
