Responsibilities: 

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of environmental projects, with a focus on CO₂ and energy reduction initiatives.
• Implement renewable energy solutions (e.g., solar panel installations), upgrade to energy-efficient equipment, and optimize facility management systems (such as BMS, HVAC, and lighting) to minimize energy consumption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (facility management, transformation, finance, procurement) to ensure successful project implementation.
• Track and report on the progress and impact of environmental projects, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as emissions reduction, resource efficiency, and waste minimization.
• Champion the organization’s sustainability vision and ensure ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) objectives are integrated into business operations.
• Engage with external stakeholders and various internal departments to advance environmental projects, social responsibility, and robust governance practices.

 Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Experience in facility management.
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable. 
• Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks and ESG standards.
• Experience with renewable energy technologies and energy management systems.
• Ability to analyze and report on sustainability metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and environmental reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
